Aftersales communication horrible

I ordered a game from them, and they sent me the incorrect version. I ordered the switch version on the game, and they sent me the PS5 version, I emailed them immediately and they respond quickly and logged a return and said they will send the correct version as soon as possible. It has been 3 weeks and no communication, I have emailed and whatsapp. Complete silence. They still have my money, and the order is still processing...
