Soccer Shop Germiston. Won tickets

I had a problem with one of the gambling stores which is Soccer shop Germiston. I had a ticket that I win R14 560. First week of February. When I went to the store to claim my ticket they told me they don't have money. Then the store ended up being closed. I took this matter to National gambling board, and my case was handled by Mlungisi, this guy did nothing I will keep on sending him email to find out how far are they with the investigation since will they told me that their investigation takes 90 days. I waited till this day. Nothing came out. I even wrote a email again to find out. The only feed back I got was this case is been handled by Police because it's a crime.

I then asked for a case number so that I can also ask for feedback from the police. They didn't send me the Case number. If only I can get help with this one. I will be happy.
