Promises and promises and not deliver bad service

Good Morning My husband was a gambler and he passed away I submitted all the relevant documents to Hollywood bets to pay me the money that was in his account .I personally went into their offices at Lenasia station it now almost a month and no payment has been made.I keep on calling Hollywood bets and I get is just promises and promises from their agents a no one returns my call as promised.This is a rip of and daylight *******
