Please look into the conduct of hollywoodbets

I am convinced that hollywoodbets is unbothered about customer service and they're customers I have been waiting for my winnings for 5 days now and everytime I call in I am told it's escalated iy will be sorted in a matter of hours but nothing seems to be happening.
