NGB Please wake up

I have reached out to the board to close my account multiple times on Play live casino they have not done so. Play live casino is a bunch of ******* and I would suggest a full audit be done on my profile to do so.

They claim to be this top online casino but its garbagge. I urge the NGB to do something. I have friends in the media industry that will use my information to build a story I have enough evidence I would hate to see the NGB being broadcasted as unresponsive
