National Gambling Board Not Replying

I am very sad about how my matter is handled i dont know what do i have to do now.I logged a case with the organisation on JULY 2018 ,and it still not resolved i have been following up almost 10 times a month calling them emailing just to get my matter resolved. As my matter they said it waiting for legal team within the department. Since then i am sending emails but i am ignored.With such a Big organisation i am very disappointed with how matters are handled.
