Letter of upliftment

I excluded myself 3 years ago. Till I decided to go back to gambling. I followed all the process and attended all the sessions. I went to Bongo Galaxy Greenstone Mall with letter of upliftment. The manager who was in charge that day her name was Conie. She gave me the for form to fill and promised to send it together with upliftment letter. She told me to wait for response from Gambling board. Till today no response. Everytime when I call this no *** I get no assistant. The lady always tell me Masakona is not answering. She is sorry that she can't help me with a very arrogant voice. People are going to work for salaries this day's. It's so disgusting honestly.
