Isn't online gambling *******?

Please explain your website says online gambling is ******* prohibited and only sportbetting is allowed. Then How is 10bet, Hollywoodbets, betway operating slots and live tables roulette, blackjack etc. Where is the loop hole or *******ion here. What am I not understanding. What exactly is your job numerous complaints about these casinos yet you remain silent. You have a law against online slots and tables on your website but they found a loop hole and you are to weak to do anything about that, yet south Africans are gambling their life savings, relationships and well-being away. Responsible Gambling is a cliché. People only realize when they are into deep. Many of my friend have fallen victim and its heart breaking to see yet everyday there is a new gambling site. How 10bet, Playabet. Play.co.za, betway, worldsportsbetting, playbet, soccershopbet , betshezi, interbet , who is allowing and approving all these casinos to operate online in south african. Most are now gambling away what they would have spend on food health care school fees rent. What is the long-term implications for the country. And all these casinos are easily link to bank accounts and voucher through banks and retailers. How are they being regulated and how are consumers protect and dont say Responsible Gambling that is not a thing.

The National Gambling Amendment Bill (2018) aims to update and strengthen South Africa's gambling regulations. Here's a summary of the key points:

1. *Online Gambling*: Prohibits online gambling, except for sports betting and horse racing.

What is the meaning of this Bill if Hollywoodbets betway 10bet etc are operating full casinos with slots and tables. Have you then changed the bill. You also say that ******** charges can be given to anyone who does online gambling. Yet you hand out licenses. Is this a Quid Pro Quo situation. I dont understand the bill if online gambling is everywhere and licensed by you.

Section 2(4) of the bill specifically excludes online casino games (slots and tables) from licensing. So how does this work?
