GAMBLING BOARD CUSTOMER SERVICE A TOTAL FAIL!!!

Good day ... it is really with disappointing to write this review because a lot of stress, mental break down and a missed opportunity lies within the unsatisfactory customer service I have received @SOCCERSHOP EAST RAND in Germiston the past weeks. I hae flooded their emails. call centre and consulted with the GAMBLING BOARD however i am still awaiting feed back.

On the 4th of February 2023 I took A leap of faith, used my last semester registration fund and played RUSSIA MORNING GOSLOW 6/45 and to my luck I won. When I went to cash out, they firstly demanded my FICA documents which I provided then only to be told they don't have enough funds from their tills therefore I suggested they do an eft to my account which they also failed till to date. My matter has been under investigation for the past week with no verdict. My reference is C-0010.

DO NOT EVER BET WITH STORES THAT DON'T REQUIRE FICA DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION UPON REGISTRATION!! ****MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!
