Unresolved Issue with Defective Shoes - Galxboy
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Galxboy. I purchased a pair of platform shoes for R2000, which turned out to be defective. After wearing them only twice, I experienced significant discomfort, redness, and swelling. Despite returning the shoes and providing evidence, Galxboy refused to assist me, citing the shoes has already been worn.
I escalated the issue to their customer service team and later to the ombudsman. I'm still awaiting a resolution.
Issues: - Defective product - Poor customer service - Unfair application of return policy
Recommendations: Avoid purchasing from Galxboy until they improve their quality control and customer service.

Following our review and further escalation, it has been confirmed that the shoe in question does not have any manufacturing defect. Our records also show that you visited the store to fit the shoe and sought an exchange for a different size.Unfortunately, the exchange was declined as the shoe had been worn and remains in its original condition with no factory fault identified. As per our returns policy, we are only able to process exchanges or returns for unworn items that are defective.
