unreasonable policies

I bought this hat for my son, the size was big my mistake I thought there was just one size so I decided I would return it later and bought the correct one online again. I went to the store to return it today and unfortunately for me they do not want to refund or even exchange for something else which I was willing to do and I am one day late. So I am supposed to just keep the big hat that no one can were. Yho I'm so disappointed shem. Definitely not gonna buy anything from them again when it is such a hustle to do a mere exchange. Mind you there's only one shop in the whole of Cape town and if you cannot go there in the given time too bad for you.
