Unhappy customer

Never buy from this store if you value peace , I bought my daughter the black platform on 5th of September and the shoe was on special for R1k I told the sales consultant that my daughter is on returning on 2nd of second from school , the consultant cause they want to push sales he was like noo the shoe will fit your child fine I took the size 2 and when I tried returning the shoe im told about 14 days return policy , I called the store they said I email support and I will be assisted ,even now im waiting for the response or I should just forget that my R1k went down the drain
