Unhappy customer

I placed an order in the 26th of August 2025, only to be told that the tshirt (coin black) I want they do not have it in stock, can they give me the white rather, I confirmed via email that its fine. On the 2nd of September my order was updated. On the 3rd of September, I get an email stating that one of the items has been processed, on the way. Why are you sending one item when i have ordered two, why are they coming separately? And your delivery policy states 2-5 working days. It has been 9 days!! When am I getting my tshirt. As a first time buyer, I am not happy with this.
