The worst service Ever and cheap material used.

The worst black business ever, with *********** manager his name is Hlogi, unable to answer or solve any query. I bought my shoes thong sandal it was last year October 2022, In April I have sent an Email to customer service to report my left shoe is detached, with no respond from their customer service. on the 11th may I went to the store in Menlyn an explain to the manager and all he said was bring the shoes in. i went back begging of June only to be told about 6 Warranty which he could have mentioned in May, i asked to see the warranty clause but he failed to to show me in black and white. How can business be allowed to run without clauses ? I am very disappointed with Galxboy.
