Small Thong Sandals Size

I type this with so much anger and disappointment with Galxboy as a loyal customer, I always buy my items online I never encountered any size problems but this time I bought a sandal online and its a small cut it doesn't fit, I drove to Menlyn mall they refused to exchange for me also went to mall of Africa I was never assisted Instead I am being told about refund policy that only u see after purchasing the items, I never wanted a refund I only wanted an exchange, I sent a complain via email no one got back to me, I sent a DM via Instagram also I got no reply, why are we allowed to exchange full price items but can't exchange sale items, are we being sold ****?

I did not want to take this here but how I am treated pushes me to this and I am not going to stop until I get assisted, I am not going to keep a shoe that doesn't fit me yet I paid for it
