Poor service, poor communication... **********!
I ordered items from the galxyboy platform and funds were taken from my account this was in Feb being doing follow up with the store about delivery n stuff and being tracking the item but no shipment has been made. When I followed up today I receive an email stating the package has been delivered at my residential place but no contact was made with me that a delivery will be made to me, I asked the security and none say there was a package that was delivered on my behalf. Totally unsatisfied it took weeks for emails to be responded now clearly I paid for an item I cannot have.
