Parcel not delivered

I purchased on line and the deliver came but the bucket hat didn't come, I asked and I was told its different courier it will be delivered . Since the 15th of August am still waiting for my parcel, when I send emails I don't get any response. Am not happy with Galxboy this is poor service.
