Inaccurate shoe sizes

Galx doesn’t want to take their own shoes for exchange it’s boring.Ordered size 4 on the thong shoes on their website(recent 50% off sale),left fits correctly but right is a bit big.I’m starting to get convinced that the people selling their merchandise at a lesser price actually have the real stock because it wouldn’t be hard to differentiate and do a simple exchange..and its funny coz most of their sizes especially the ones we bought on that recent 50% off sale are inaccurate.People are selling each other the shoes on Tik tok coz either the shoes are too big or too small or wrong size was delivered.Lesson learned no more!!

Please dont tell us about the disclaimer about exchange and refund rules.Any store in SA does exchange unless the item is damaged or ****.
