The worst experience I have recently received from Galxboy, I bought platform sandals from them during their 50% special, the size was big and tried to go to the store for an exchange, was told they can't its against their policy and also called their offices they still said the same thing. What am I supposed to do with shoes that are big, honestly! To thnking I used to be their loyal customer ya ne.
