I bought a beige platform from Galxboy, I would say worst shoe I have ever bought, the shoe is not comfortable, I wore the shoe once and I will never wear it again, can hardly walk in it. I sized up but still the shoe is uncomfortable. It has a stain that cannot be removed. Bad quality R2000 gone just like that ðŸ˜ðŸ’” I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy the GALXBOY PLATFORM.

Following our review and further escalation, it has been confirmed that the shoe in question does not have any manufacturing defect. Our records also show that you visited the store to fit the shoe and sought an exchange for a different size.Unfortunately, the exchange was declined as the shoe had been worn and remains in its original condition with no factory fault identified. As per our returns policy, we are only able to process exchanges or returns for unworn items that are defective.
