I order online on the 23 May while they have the sale on sandals I order different sandals. Size 9 and today I receive my order and it's wrong they send size 2 both sandals are the same I phone them today I speak to the assistant Bongiwe and they say they don't do exchange I ask to speak to manager he told me the same thing I know what I have order and I confirm my order and they send me the wrong thing. No receipt on the package aswell and this is not the first time doing this. And they say they can't accept the order my R2000 went down the drain just like that it's even worse the sandals are not my size. Am so dissapointed with the brands. On the brands you do exchange even if it's a sale. They just pushing their stock out they don't care about their customers they took my money and now they don't care I will never buy to them again worse part their brands is in small street and we are loyal to their brand
