Galaxy*** service is trash and beyond horrible

I bought 4 t-shirt on the 18th April and it was delivered on the 21st April , unfortunately I choose a wrong size on one t-shirt, I emailed them on the 24th and was told that they will contact me. I never received any call until I called them and we arranged for a refund. I called numerous times until I finally got hold on them and I was told that there was a misunderstanding they will send delivery to come fetch the t-shirt. Courier picked up the t shirt on the 2nd of May, and according to their policy, their refund takes up to 10 days upon satisfactory. I received a call confirming receipt and that the t shirt was in a condition they expected. On the 19th May 17 days upon receiving the item, I called to check why haven't I received my money and I was told that they just processed the refund, today on the 29th May I still haven't received my money, no communication whatsoever, I called and no answer
