CRAZY EXCHANGE POLICY!!!

I bought a T-shirt and it was delivered on the 28/04/2023. Unfortunately it was a big size and I sent an email on the 29/04/2023 but there was no answer. Today 03/05/2023 I phoned them and the lady I spoke to told me that if I want an exchange I'd have to pay R130 for a driver to come and pick it up and another R130 for a correct size to be delivered. That is absurd! Why don't they give a driver the correct size and I give him the wrong one? Their exchange policy needs to change. They are killing us!!!
