Complaint

Good day i am this complaint to express my dissatisfaction. I bought Bella sunglasses/shades at GalXboy in October and i wore them for the first time in November and the sunglasses kept falling off . I sent the an email to complain about the sunglasses I was told I'm out of their 30 day refund warranty, I told the lady I don't want a refund or replacement i just want them to fix or adjust them. She said the glasses are designed that way and they only accommodate people with big faces and that were her exact words but when i tried them at their shop they fit perfectly and the guy who sold me the sunglasses told that was the last pair and he took them off the shelves so i am assuming its because everyone was trying them on . Please intervene because i cannot pay 750 for something i cannot wear
