Bad/Worst customer service

Wow I have received pathetic customer service from this store, I have ordered an item and it was to small then followed the return process and haven’t heard anything back from them. I have contacted them several times even used the email method as of today I am still awaiting a response

Wow they are the worse store I have ever come across, they even added a fee which I don’t no where it comes from as I was on the stricter time to return but when I asked for clarity I haven’t gotten one response from them.

The worst i wouldn’t recommend this store’s processes cause wow it’s bad
