Bad service

I'm stuck with a small size because the level of service you provide is nonsense.... I bought sandals online on the 2nd of August since I'm in Durban... You don't respond to your emails if you do reply it will be exchange canceled item out of stock.... I've asked for a voucher I have have not received any response... The quality of the shoe is 100% but your service sucks..
