Bad service

Shopping online and getting your stuff delivered is such a hustle.When you complainbon their social media pages they will delete your comment,and not even DM to try and resolve the issue.To think we even pay delivery fee only to wait over 2 weeks for your stuff to be delivered.They need to revisit they policies.I bought from them several times but i think i'm done,if my stuff doesn't get delivered by Monday 21 Sep i will request a refund but i doubt i will get it,since they are too good at ignoring their customers or maybe it's because we are not famous like Phori and Kabza.I'm so annoyed.
