I made an online purchase on 28/01/2024 at GalxBoy where they was a sale . An order confirmation was sent on my email I have been trying to contact them unfortunately they support team keeps on responding with no progress.. The email address stated on my order number is *** which is the customer support team when I do make enquiries they State that it was reviewed and merged given a case Number : 125595 with no progress.. I kindly will appreciate if I m assisted on this matter as Funds of R1600 was taken in my account
