I just wanna express how bad my experience was at Galito's Sunnyside on 17/10/2020 [order 56].

We bought Value Box meal. The pap was not well cooked [I have the pictures of the uneaten pap]. I had to buy 2 rolls [order 60] to replace the pap and went to buy chips next door. Even after bringing it to the attention of the staff, no one seemed to care.

1 waitress came to our table to collect plates, she said "iya bheda le papa neh?" (This porridge is bad isn't it?) and that was it. 2 other customers dining at another table went to buy pap next door and they had stacked their four paps on the side; they seemed to have bought Power Feast meal; no one did anything.

Another pressing issue, there is a man who drives a metered taxi, he is always lobbing in the restaurant and watching soccer. He even sells cigarettes inside the store. Very unprofessional.

The sauces as well were taken from us twice as if the whole restaurant has only six bottles of sauces.

Lastly, we were offered no toothpicks and glasses for our drinks.
