Might as well close shop
She took time to process our order, even telling us she doesnt know alcohol names, you could tell she wasn't hired for the till but forced to be there. Only at the end, she tells us there are no chips. Does your store only sell chicken and pap

Never again... Galito's **** and thievery
On Saturday the 26th September 2026 at around 17H00 ordered from Galito's Moratiwa Crossing and I waited over an hour for my chicken only order because there were no chips, I ordered chips at Steers and they came out before my chicken did. Finally after all the customers complaint about the wait our orders came out and I was defeated when I opened the box. 1. They gave me a spring chicken or chick, and that was not work R175. 2. Pieces were missing (breast section) 3. It was charred/exposed bones burnt black 4. It was dry and I couldn't eat it especially because I have braces on. They take the slip so you can't really go back and complain without proof, plus I really did not want to deal with the poor customer care and service I experienced when I was waiting for my order

Rude cashier
I am extremely disappointed by the disrespectful attitude I received from the cashier Thulethu Cengani at Galito’s Noordwyk I have been a loyal customer of this store for a very long time and have always supported the business,However the way I was treated today was completely unacceptable and left me very disappointed. Customer service and respect should be a priority, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately after this experience I have decided that I will no longer support this particular store. I hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses the way customers are treated.

Bad service
I was served food in an unusual packaging when I asked they said things changed I said ok but when I openned it ,it was as if they wher rushing to get home um sorry but no one would eat such. When I confronted the manager politely she said to me if they take it back I would be taking money out of there mouths as one of them has to pay for the mistake so she cannot do anything about it and for a loyal customer I was really dissapointed. Bad customer service, untasty chicken
I am disgruntled about the customer service I received at galitos Kempton Gate. I waited for more than 50mins for the order and the food I received was not well prepared, not having taste. Chicken livers that I ordered also was just gravy. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied. I actually regret and receiving food thats food value for money.

Galitos buns have moulds
I bought meals for me and my partner. We had running stomach in the morning. Took the leftovers to work n found that the buns have moulds. This could mean that they’re selling rotten food😭

Galitos Bela-Bela
Extremely poor service received from Galitos Bela-Bela. My order was short, I noticed when I hot home and made them aware immediately I was told to drive back. I went to collect the missing item the following day and I was given a sauce sachet as good gesture... I felt disrespected!!
