You can do better Galitos

Where do I even begin with the poor service I always get from Galitos whether in-store or online. Twice now I have ordered with Galitos and am not satisfied with the service. On 30 June 2022 I did an online order via Delivery kaSpeed which was never delivered till today 09 July 2022 and the reason is they could not meet the order demand for the day. But why accept the order in the first place? I'm still waiting for my refund anyway. Today (09 July 2022) I did another online order and paid already. The order is now and hour and a half later and when I call I'm told the store had a problem with chicken and they said the delivery time is actually from the call centre and not the store. You could do better than that Galitos there's always something new with you. A business in the township has it's own challenges, but Soshanguve Crossing management...you could do better so you survive. Do I even tip the delivery guy for an order that is almost 2 hours late?
