Wrong pieces

This is the second tym i order from Galitos midrand and always I get wrong pieces I orders 2 piece and chips stated that it must be a thigh and drum but i wanted given a breast cut into 2 i called the store twice no answer i send pictures on watsap and called on watsap twice still no answer i want my refund because i ddnt even touch the food
