Wrong order

I ordered a meal on 13 September 2023 from Galito's Silverlakes Willow Acres , I specifically said I want a Leg and i received the breast, I wrote to them explained that i don't eat breast meat, what must i do with the package i received, they responded the next day and said they will arrange for a replacement to be delivered, till today i have not received anything not even a phone call. Their service is bad and don't care about their customers review and complaints, clearly they running a ****a shop and don't care about rendering a service to the customer and making it a point they fix their mistakes. I am very much disappointed and would never ever order or even buy from Galito's as a whole. If this is how they treat their customers, i will not be their victim ever again.
