Worst service for 2018

Good afternoon

This morning around 11:30 am, I called Galitos in Bloed str in Pretoria CBD as I usually do to order my lunch, I was told that their system is offline and couldn't assist me but advised me to call other Galitos store nearby.

I then called galitos store in cnr Pretoris str and Bosman str on ********** 853, I was told that they would not deliver for me because my meal was less than R50. How so because I order 2-3 times a week at Galitos in Bloed str and they always deliver? I don't think it was about the distance because I'm situated in corner Bosman and Boom str, why was I treated like this? it makes me angry because I'm a fan and a good customer for Galitos for so many years, today I was left disappointed and in disbelief.
