Worst Restaurant in Tzaneen in terms of Service

They done even deserve a star. The worst service ever. Tzaneen Galitos. So I call to place an order for delivery two hours later the order is not there I was told the delivery guy is still out and will come back with it. So seeing that my order was ready I sent someone to collect. To my surprise the person I sent called me asking they do not know my order. I asked to speak to the manager as I was confused. She told me that she just got to work and she was hesitating in giving me the names of people who were on shift before her. Her name is *****gwa she said. I expressed how bad their service is and this is not the first tome. She said they will prepare my order. It took 3 hours for me to get food at Galitos. Worst part is I called customer care line to lodge a complaint. Nothing was done I was not given any feedback nor apology for the bad service. I was promised a reference by the agent. So if the complaint department is not efficient how vele can I expect excellent service from branches. Galitos you are the worst in Tzaneen
