What a bad service their rice looks like a pap

I've ordered their chicken livers and they put 3 small pieces only and lot's of gravy when I return them the manager refused to take them back then I've ordered rice and chicken strips the rice is over cooked the chicken strips are not well done, what a horrible experience I've experience today.my bank card disappeared on their counter, I urge people to be very cautious when they got into that shop and the shop was empty it was only me,my colleague and Galitos staff members. Bad service from the so called store manager. I don't recommend anyone to go to that shop. Galitos Birch acres mall in Tembisa.
