Waited over an hour for small order

On 28 Nov 2017 at 13:10, I went in to Galitos at Library Gardens Polokwane. I placed my take away order and sat waiting for them to call out my order. I stood up after a while to ask if I hadn't missed them calling out my number, but no, i was told they are still making it, but people who placed their orders after mine got their orders and could leave. I decided to go and attend to other matters. I went back to the Galitos at 13:50 and still - order was not ready. No one knew what was going on and i kindly requested that they cancel my order as i had already used up my lunch time while waiting for the order. I then called customer care immediately on ********** and judging by the time now - it seems that noting was done - i was just given a ref number - OBH ********** 017
