Very bad service half portions. Pathetic

Pathetic service from Galito's at the square shopping Centre in boksburg. I ordered chicken livers , 4 hot 2 mild and 2 pap. The pap is HARD, left over from the previous evening and the chicken livers we all filled half. A week ago i had chicken livers and it was almost full not like today
