Trash service because of Rose

Iam very ****ed with the service I got at Galitos Bela-bela (Warmbaths). One girl named Rose mistreated me so badly, where on earth can I receive such insults from her as if the shop is owned by her father, she even said I must come and pick my order on the counter unlike other customers just because I said the Stirfry I bought the other day was hot. Please hire people who wants to work.
