THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm Writing this and hoping we will get to the bottom of this and someone will take responsibility, if not i am more than willing to take this video to the media.

on 14th saturday, i went to Galitos Paledi Mall. I ordered what is called " Hot Box" 3 Pieces of chicken and pap. while waiting for meal i also ordered 2 alcoholic beverages as there was a soccer match playing.

I was shopping in the mall and the bags I had did not have space. Whilst my food arrives its in your package which is not sealed and a serviette. I asked for a bag and was told' "We do not give bags for this single meal" i then explained that i don't have space in the bags i'm carrying. I asked to then purchase a bag and was told no, by Confidence the supervisor on duty.

NB Its covid and you cannot give someone open food like that
