Terrible service

First time experience at Galitos Birchacres Kempton Park was terrible, a friend referred and advised they have the best grilled marinated chicken.

But the customer experience was just so honorific, the lady who was serving us at the counter was rude and when she brought our order to the table we were at dropped the food with attitude.

My wife tried to converse with her about the option for take away and sit in, she just looked at us, the facial expression also was not so pleasant and had no name batch to identify her.

I don't think i would advise one to go and support.
