Terrible Service At Galito's Lynnwood

Service At Galito's Lynnwood Is Pathetic!!!! I've placed an online order at 17:18 my order was accepted by the store. Upon arrival at the store at 17:45 the guy showed me chicken on the grill being prepared telling me they still busy with my order. We waited several people came as walk-ins placed their orders at the store and got their food and left. We were waiting in the cold with a baby for our food. Everytime we checked he said they still busy. At one point he told us it's at the back for cutting. At 18:22 about 4 other people came in got their food and left. We asked he showed us chicken on the grill which he just put on telling us he is busy preparing it it will take time. How is it that I've ordered online an over an hour ago and still wait while people who came in and ordered got their food. I will never ever buy from you again. Customer service is absolutely poor and it seems like they didn't want to help. When he showed me the raw chicken which he just put on the grill again I left and canceled my order. He spoke something in his language to the people at the back. That is one **** Store!!!!! Never Ever Will I Support Galitos Again.
