Rude and Unprofessional Galito’s Ivy Park - Polokwane Staff Mistreats Us

Was given wrong orders twice in a row and the guy in the kitchen was told how I want my order but still gave us wrong chicken pieces. The second time which was Monday evening 28/03/2022 I raised the issue before leaving the shop and there was a guy(not sure if he’s a manager or what as seen in the video) who rudely and arrogantly dismissed us and told the cashier to refund us while we had the food which was wrongly prepared because he didn’t want to listen to us and told the cashier to refund us still. please teach your staff member Customer service. I will not tolerate such ever again!!!!
