Potato Chips not peeled

I wanted to look away about this complain but it bothers me. At Kempton Gate Mall they recently opened a branch. I went there to buy arrived they were having technical issues with the till. They took our orders manually the lady was writing in a book. I bought a full chicken with chips. What irritated me most was that they didn't bother themselves to peel the potatoes they just cut and fried them. My kids where complaining that the chips were not peeled. I didn't get a chance to take them back but I took some photos to do a review. Now I'm still irritated because they can continue to do this to other customers
