Poor Training and Pathetic Services

Very Poor Business Management , Poor Quality Assurance and lack of training from Galito's Newtown .We brought food and turn around time for our order was bad . We asked for drinks instead and they gave my sister Fanta , she drinked it but when she wanted to give it to me i checked it .It was way expired and i went to manager ask why she is giving us expired fanta she said she will replace it and the problem is with Coca-Cola . When i checked in the fridge all fanta's were expired and i asked her to destroy them she refused that she will take it to Coca-Cola .i asked her during receiving at Galitoes are they not trained to check expiry date and conditions of products she said No , I asked her when you are filliup the fridge are u not trained to check condition and expiry date of Cold Drink she said No , I asked after customer purchased a cold drink or any product are you not trained to do quality she said No . I'm very disappointed as a customer i have to check and notice futher experience such a poor service and expired cold drinks , not fully cooked meat just because your company doesn't invest in training and from top management i doubt Quality and Food Safety doesn't matter, either training employee formally on ISO 9001 it doesn't matter which your business is risk to us customer . Im very disappointed and such a waste of my money . Everyone play blame games instead of fully training your employees
