Poor service

On the 21 I visited Galitos Bochum ,I ordered a meal , I was told my meal wil take only 30 min to be ready , one hour past and I went to the till to ask, suprisely I was told that they forgot about my order . The following day I went back for another order thinking things will be different, unfortunately the same story repeated itself. Very disappointed
