Poor service and invalid contact information

I placed an order online with Galito's Umhlanga at 11:21 (Order #***1) on 28-Jan-2022 and received a sms that order would be delivered at 12:01. At 12:20 the order had not arrived and I called the store on *** numerous times and was kept transferred but nobody picked up or either picked up and left me waiting for a response!

I also responded to the e-mail confirmation of my order and got no response. I then called Galito's Head Office on the number per the website 0861 GALITOS and the number is invalid.

The order eventually arrived almost an hour later but without the soft drinks. I also found the garlic loaves were not delivered and the extra basting that was ordered was not packed properly and had therefore leaked all over the food and packaging.

I drove to the store to collect the soft drinks, replacement basting and garlic loaves. I was advised then that there is no stock of the garlic loaves and was refunded for same. I was also handed the soft drinks but did not get additional basting.

By the time I got back our meals were cold and we had to have them without bread. It was a very disappointing experience. The store manager agreed to call me back with regard to the inconvenience caused and the additional costs incurred in the numerous calls that went answered and the travel to the store and back. I await her call.
