Poor Service and Bad Attitude

Good day,

I was beyond disappointed on the service I received today. I took my car in to Tyremart and while we waiting for them to attend my car, me and my colleague walk all the way to Galito's to buy 2 Buddy Cokes.

The attitude I receive from the waitress was astonishing. When we walk in the restaurant, we saw only a couple that was there to eat and the restaurant was not busy. I thought to myself that we going to buy our drinks and finish our drinks there, Viola, who assisted me gave me an attitude that I did not appreciate. She ask me, "are we going to sit here and drink our cool drinks" and I rep**** "yes". Viola, immediately responded, why don't we go to Spar and buy a 2 Liter Coke and 2 cups and drink somewhere else. I have never encounter such horrible attitude from a waitress and I told her directly, "I can see that it is an issue that we will that we will be here" and we just left. I was furious, but that is how I received the message from Galito's, not ****ing client friendly at all!
