Poor service

<p>We ordered food from Galito's Randburg on 30/01/2017 at 13:22...The order slip said that the food will be delivered at 14:02. As I am writing this review, the food still hasn't been delivered. We phoned the restaurant to find out where the food is, and the excuse we were told was "the driver is lost, he is a new driver." Now, Galito's is 2 km away from where I work, according to the website, so how on earth can the driver be lost for almost an hour. Its ridiculous and unacceptable. i dont care if the driver is new, there are things like google maps, and garmin, and all sorts of other things to assist in navigating his/her way around. I am not impressesd, because this is absolutely disgusting. And when they hiring people, don't they find out if the person can find his/her way around. I mean really, and we are expected to pay for this. We were now advised that the owner is going to bring the food , as the driver is MIA. What the hell! </p>
