Poor Hygiene, No sanitizer in place.

I visited one of your restaurants at Marble Hall. I am really upset at how they do not take hygiene serious. They use a product which is not close to being a sanitizer. I have no doubt that that what is being used there is nothing other than normal water mixed with little dish liquid. I laid a complaint about it with a female manager of the restaurant. She commented that it cannot be her fault if the sanitizer is **** or of a low quality, she did not procure it, it is what was delivered to the restaurant. I plead with you to get any person to go and inspect and you'll know what I'm talking about. They need to mend their ways, customers should not be exposed to the risks of contracting covid19 due to such negligence. This clearly means that the tables and chairs are not clean at all. I am a municipal official working very close to the restaurant and should this matter not be taken seriously i'll escalate it to the senior authorities. Lastly, the sources should not be sticky, they should be wiped after use, it cannot be taken from one person to the next without being disinfected with a sanitizer.
